Private Tattoo Studio
Single-artist Shop
By Appointment Only
Triple Six Artistry is a single-artist private tattoo studio showcasing the artwork of James "Jaymz" Kunzinger.
I'm not a tattoo artist, I'm an artist who tattoos...there's a difference. I will have hours, if not days invested in your tattoo before I ever put needle to skin.
Quite possibly the only TRULY drug/alcohol free, non-liberal tattoo shop in existence. Yeahhh...I said it! I can pass a background check/drug test at any given moment. Can you say that about your current artist?!?
...please note, if you're calling or texting, sometimes I am not able to answer immediately due to the fact that I may be gloved up and in the middle of a tattoo or in the spray booth and in the middle of a paintjob. I always try to respond within a 24 hour period.

Please text me at 727.639.2024 if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I charge by the piece, not by the hour. I only charge more than originally quoted if you tap...but I've only had one person tap in over 15 years of tattooing. Pricing depends on many factors...size, placement, detail, your attitude, etc. Feel free to text me at 727.639.2024 to set up an in-person consultation at the shop to go over your ideas.
You can text me at 727.639.2024 or message me through one of my social media accounts found at the bottom of this page. I schedule consultations for Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9 and 9:30am.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment and start putting artwork together. I book appointments 7 days a week with a 10am start time.
Shop minimum is $200.
Cash is always the preferred method of payment. Cash is King!
I also do accept credit and debit card payments via a card reader at the shop. All major credit cards that have a chip will work.
I DO NOT accept payment via apps such as Venmo, Cash App, Velle, Apple Pay, etc.
Shave the area with shaving cream so that the skin is as smooth as possible. It is way less irritating to the skin if you wet-shave the area at home than if I dry-shave the area at the shop.
Make sure you eat something before coming for your tattoo. Most people make the mistake of thinking that having food in your stomach will make you sick...it's actually the opposite. Having food in your stomach will help keep your blood-sugar from tanking which in turn will help keep you from feeling faint or nauseous.
Make sure you dress comfortably. The biggest complaint is typically the uncomfortable/awkward position(s) you may be in, in order for me to do my best work.
Make sure you are well-rested and well-hydrated. Do not drink alcohol beforehand or take any medication that may thin your blood. And DO NOT show up intoxicated or under-the-influence in any way.
No. Over-the-counter topical numbing cream is one of the biggest farces played on the general public. Its active ingredients are no stronger than 4% lidocaine which is the same pain ingredient found in Bactine™. It can also adversely affect the way your tattoo heals and the way your skin accepts ink during the process.
No. Wound-Care 101 is "keep it clean and let it breathe". Wrapping your tattoo in Saniderm™/plastic-wrap will cause a puddle of blood, plasma, and ink to sit on top of your artwork which can stain the colors and/or cause an infection. Do not wrap your tattoo in anything through which it cannot get oxygen.
I make my own brand of tattoo aftercare called Devil's Mark™ "Unholy Spirit". It is available for purchase at the shop. I only recommend my personal brand or Bag Balm™ (which can be found at Walmart and Walgreens, or purchased online through Amazon.)
